BIG BOUNCE DANCE FITNESS PROGRAMME

The program comprises of a full assessment to start with.  Each individual that signs up to the program will receive:  

  • An eating plan to suit their individual needs and goal requirements
  • A Training program specially designed to compliment our Dance / Fitness
    Program
  • 4 x dance fitness classes per week (the intensity of these classes will
    increase on a weekly basis)
  • Before and After Photo's - to monitor your progress and results
  • A certificate of completion of the program.

This program caters for everyone. We have designed a beginner, intermediate and advanced program with different levels of intensity for each program. Guaranteed results and a whole lot of FUN!!!
